What we Do
Our mission at Willow Tree Community Compost is simple:
Build Community while Creating Compost!
We offer curbside food scrap pickup service in the White River Junction, Wilder, Quechee and Hartford Village neighborhoods of Hartford, VT. All food scraps are either processed in a 3 bin backyard compost system or incorporated into large compost piles at our partner farm, Sunrise Farm.

The finished compost will be an invaluable resource for Hartford community gardens and local farms. We are building connections between composting members, gardeners and farmers and are excited to expand these connections to local restaurants, businesses and schools!
Willow Tree Community Compost sprouted in the spring of 2019. We look forward to working with you towards growing a more sustainable future!
